FILLMED Art Filler Fine Lines is a sterile, viscoelastic Class III medical device based on cross-linked hyaluronic acid of non-animal origin. The utilized TRI-HYAL technology combines three types of hyaluronic acid to ensure high elasticity and ease of tissue distribution. The product is optimized for the correction of superficial lines while minimizing the risk of over-correction.
The device is intended for injection to:
provide mechanical correction of fine and superficial wrinkles (e.g., "crow's feet," perioral lines)
smooth minor epidermal depressions
improve the hydrodynamics and microstructure of the skin on the face, hands, and specific body areas
application areas
periorbital area (outer corners of the eyes)
perioral area (around the mouth)
face, neck, and backs of the hands
mechanism of action
Cross-linked sodium hyaluronate at a concentration of 20 mg/ml works by mechanically filling the extracellular space within the upper layers of the dermis. Due to its hygroscopic properties, the preparation stabilizes tissue hydration. The inclusion of lidocaine hydrochloride (0.3%) is intended to alleviate pain during the procedure. The estimated duration of the effect is up to 6 months; however, this period is subject to the anatomical location, injection technique, and the patient's individual physiological characteristics.
