PRINCESS® Filler Lidocaine is a sterile, biodegradable, viscoelastic, isotonic, and homogeneous gel implant based on cross-linked hyaluronic acid of non-animal origin. Manufactured using S.M.A.R.T. technology (Supreme Monophasic and Reticulated Technology), it ensures high structural uniformity and mechanical stability. The preparation contains lidocaine hydrochloride to reduce patient pain and discomfort during the injection process.
Indications and Intended Use The device is intended for injection to:
-
Provide mechanical correction of moderate to deep wrinkles and cutaneous folds.
-
Model the contour and enhance the volume of the vermillion border (lips).
-
Correct tissue deficiencies (e.g., tear troughs, mimetic lines, glabellar lines).
-
Define the anatomical structures of the lips (mouth corners, Cupid’s bow).
Treatment Areas
-
Mid and lower facial areas (nasolabial folds, marionette lines).
-
Periorbital area (tear troughs).
-
Vermillion border and perioral area.
-
Glabella (frown lines).
Technical Parameters and Mechanism of Action Cross-linked sodium hyaluronate at a concentration of 23 mg/ml acts by mechanically filling the extracellular space, resulting in the smoothing of the skin surface and restoration of volume. The addition of lidocaine hydrochloride (0.3%) acts as a local anesthetic to improve procedural comfort. The estimated duration of the preparation in the tissue ranges from 6 to 12 months; however, the actual longevity depends on the injection technique, anatomical location, and the patient's individual metabolic rate.
