CytoCare 516 is a sterile, non-pyrogenic Class III medical device in the form of a solution for needle mesotherapy, developed by the French laboratory RevitaCare®. The preparation is based on non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid at an increased concentration (16 mg) and the CT50 polyrevitalizing complex. The device is designed for the intensive regeneration of the dermis showing visible signs of aging (photoaging, expression lines). By optimizing the tissue microenvironment, the preparation induces cellular proliferation and restores the biological stability of skin structures.
Mechanism of Action
neocollagenesis and regeneration stimulation: the increased concentration of hyaluronic acid combined with the amino acid complex forces the metabolic activity of fibroblasts, leading to the physical densification of the dermis
intensive iso-osmotic hydration: hyaluronic acid (16 mg/5 ml) effectively binds water molecules in the extracellular matrix (ecm), resulting in an immediate increase in turgor and elasticity
biological capital protection (antioxidation): alpha-lipoic acid and vitamins neutralize reactive oxygen species (ros), protecting skin macromolecules from degradation caused by external factors
cellular metabolism regulation: mineral salts and trace elements act as enzymatic cofactors, accelerating repair processes and cellular renewal
luminance and homeostasis restoration: the delivery of essential vitamins and energy substrates (glucose) improves microcirculation and tissue trophicity, restoring a healthy skin tone
