1 Definitions
Working days - days from Monday to Friday, except public holidays.
Account - a free Store function (service provided electronically), thanks to which the Buyer can set up his individual Account in the Store.
Buyer - a natural person, legal person or organizational unit that is not a legal person, the specific provisions of which grant legal capacity, which places an Order in the Store;
Order - Buyer's declaration of will, aimed directly at the conclusion of the Sales Agreement, specifying in particular the type and quantity of goods
Goods - products presented in the Online Store;
Regulations - these regulations.

3 Technical Requirements
3.1 For the proper functioning of the Store, you need:
- a device with Internet access
- a web browser that supports JavaScript and cookies.
3.2.For placing an order in the Store, in addition to the requirements set out in paragraph 1, an active e-mail account is required.
4 In-store purchases
4.1 In order to make purchases in the Store, you must register in the Store, i.e. create an Account in it.
4.2 Registration takes place by completing and accepting the registration form, available on one of the Store's websites.
4.3 The condition for registration is to agree to the content of the Regulations and to provide personal data marked as mandatory.
4.4 The Seller may deprive the Buyer of the right to use the Online Store, and may limit his access to some or all of the Online Store's resources, with immediate effect, in the event of a breach by the Buyer of the Regulations, in particular when the Buyer:
- a) during registration in the online store, he provided untrue, inaccurate or out-of-date data, misleading or infringing the rights of third parties,
- b) has infringed the personal rights of third parties via the online store, in particular the personal rights of other customers of the online store,
- c) engage in other behaviors that will be recognized by www.centerfillers.com as inconsistent with applicable law or general principles of using the Internet or detrimental to the good name of Centerfillers.com
- d) A buyer who has been deprived of the right to use the online store www.centerfillers.com may not re-register without the prior consent of Centerfillers.com
4.5 The prices of goods visible in the Store are the total prices for the goods, including VAT.
4.6 The Seller points out that the total price of the order consists of the price indicated in the Store: the price for the goods and, if applicable, the costs of delivery of the goods.
4.7 The product selected for purchase should be added to the basket in the Store.
4.8 The Buyer then selects from the available in the Store: the method of delivery of the goods and the method of payment for the order, and provides current and truthful data necessary to complete the order.
4.9 The order is placed upon confirmation of its content and acceptance of the Regulations by the Buyer,
4.10 The Buyer, deciding to purchase products in the store centerfillers.com, declares that he is a doctor or cosmetologist qualified to use the purchased products or a trained specialist (nurse, paramedic) in the field of use of the purchased product.
4.11 Placing an order is tantamount to concluding a sales contract between the Buyer and the Seller.
4.12 The Seller carries out orders of Buyers from European Union Countries only and exclusively Buyers with active EU VAT (active European Tax Identification Number).
4.13 The Seller shall provide the Buyer with a confirmation of the conclusion of the sales contract on a durable medium at the latest upon delivery of the goods.
5 Payments
5.1 You can pay for the order placed, depending on the Buyer's choice:
- By ordinary transfer to the Seller's bank account.
- Via the payment platform: Przelewy24.
5.2 Cash on delivery, i.e. cash upon delivery to the Buyer.
5.3 If the Buyer selects payment in advance, the order must be paid within 1 business day of placing the order.
5.4 The Seller informs that in the case of some payment methods, due to their specificity, payment for the order by this method is possible only immediately after placing the order.
5.5 By making purchases in the Store, the Buyer accepts the use of electronic invoices by the Seller. The buyer has the right to withdraw his acceptance.
5.6 The Seller reserves the right to make changes to the prices of the Goods on offer on an ongoing basis. Orders placed and paid for before the price change will be processed at the price on the day the order is placed.
6 Order fulfillment
6.1 The Seller is obliged to deliver the goods without defects.
6.2 The deadline for completing the order is indicated in the Store.
6.3 If the Buyer has chosen to pay in advance for the order, the Seller will proceed with the order after paying for it.
6.4 In a situation where, under one order, the Buyer has purchased goods with different delivery dates, the order will be processed on the date appropriate for the goods with the longest delivery date.
6.5 Goods purchased in the Store are delivered depending on the method of delivery chosen by the Buyer: Via a courier company
6.6 The delivery of Goods for Buyers from the territory of the Republic of Poland takes place at the address indicated by the Buyer when placing the Order.
6.7 Delivery for Buyers with active EU VAT (active EU VAT number) takes place to countries belonging to the European Union, to the address indicated by the Buyer.
6.8 The Seller is not responsible for the use of the Goods in a manner inconsistent with its intended use.
7 The right to withdraw from the contract
7.1 The Buyer, who is a consumer, may withdraw from the contract of sale of the product purchased in the centerfillers.com Store, only if the purchased product turned out to be "defective" and the defect could be noticed only after opening the product.
In other cases, the Buyer's withdrawal from the sales contract is not possible. The products offered by the Centerfillers Store are products for aesthetic cosmetology treatments. The Centerfiller Store offers original products from Producers or their Distributors. Without laboratory tests, the Centerfillers Store is not able to determine whether the returned product is the same product that was purchased. Bearing in mind the above, as well as the good of customers, primarily the health of customers, the Store does not accept returns of products, except for the aforementioned defect, which could be noticed only at the time of opening the product, which the Seller of the centerfillers Store was not able to verify during normal storage of the product.
7.2. If the Buyer, after opening the product, notices a defect in the product, he is to immediately prepare a photographic documentation and inform the Seller by e-mail (kontakt@centerfillers.com) within 24 hours.
7.3) The buyer is to send the defective product to the address of ul. rtm. Witolda Pileckiego 63, 02-781 Warsaw, along with a paper return form within 7 days. The run begins from the date of receipt by the Seller of the notification along with photographic documentation sent by e-mail. The buyer bears the costs of returning the defective goods.
7.4 The Seller will refund the payment or replace the defective product with a defect-free product within 14 days from the date of receipt of the defective product.
7.5 If the Buyer decides to return the payment, the Seller will make the refund using the same payment methods that were used by the Buyer in the original transaction, to which the Customer, by accepting the provisions of these Regulations, agrees. If the payment was made in cash, to the bank account indicated by the Customer
7.6 The Seller may withhold the reimbursement until receipt of the defective goods.
7.7 The consumer covers all direct costs of returning the goods (e.g. packaging, security, shipping).
8 Complaints
8.1 In the event of a defect in the goods, the Buyer may complain about the defective goods on the basis of the warranty or guarantee provided for in the Civil Code, provided that the guarantee has been granted.
8.2 Using the warranty, the Buyer may, on the terms and within the time limits specified in the Civil Code:
- submit a price reduction statement
- in the case of a significant defect - submit a declaration of withdrawal from the contract
- demand replacement of the item with one free from defects
- demand that the defect be removed
8.3 The Seller asks for submitting a complaint based on the warranty to the postal or electronic address indicated in paragraph 2 of the Regulations.
8.4 If it turns out that in order to consider the complaint, it is necessary to deliver the advertised goods to the Seller, the Buyer is obliged to deliver the goods, in the case of the Buyer at the Seller's expense, to the address of Center Fillers Sp. z o.o., ul. Rotmistrza Witolda Pileckiego 63, 02-781 Warsaw.
8.5 If the product has an additional guarantee, information about it, as well as about its conditions, is available in the product description in the Store.
8.6 Complaints regarding the operation of the Store should be sent to the e-mail address indicated in 2 of the Regulations.
8.7 Consideration of the complaint by the Seller will take place within 14 days.
9 Complaints regarding the provision of electronic services
9.1 Centerfillers.com takes steps to ensure that the Store functions properly, to the extent that it results from the current technical knowledge and undertakes to remove any irregularities reported by the Buyers within a reasonable time.
9.2. The customer is obliged to immediately notify Centerfillers.com of any irregularities or interruptions in the functioning of the Online Store website.
9.3. Irregularities related to the functioning of the Store may be reported by the Customer electronically to the following e-mail address: kontakt@centerfillers.com
9.4. In the complaint, the Customer should provide his name and surname, correspondence address, type and date of irregularities related to the functioning of the Store.
9.5. The company undertakes to consider each complaint within 14 days, and if it was not possible, to inform the customer during this period when the complaint will be considered.
10 Personal data
10.1 The administrator of personal data provided by the Buyer when using the Store is the Seller.
10.2 The Buyer's personal data is processed mainly on the basis of a contract and for its implementation, in accordance with the principles set out in the general regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) on data protection (GDPR). Detailed information on data processing by the Seller is included in the privacy policy posted in the Store.
11 Disclaimers
11.1 The Buyer is forbidden to provide illegal content.
11.2 Each order placed in the Store constitutes a separate sales contract and requires separate acceptance of the Regulations. The contract is concluded on time and for the purpose of order fulfillment.
11.3 Agreements concluded on the basis of these regulations are concluded in Polish.
11.4 Provisions regarding goods and sales contracts shall apply mutatis mutandis to digital content and contracts for the supply of digital content, unless the Regulations specify these issues separately.
12 Final Provisions.
12.1 Settlement of any disputes arising between Centerfillers.com and the Buyer who is a consumer within the meaning of Art. 22 [1] of the Civil Code, is subject to the competent courts in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure.
12.2 Settlement of any disputes arising between Centerfillers.com and a Buyer who is not a consumer within the meaning of Art. 22 [1] of the Civil Code of the Civil Code, is subject to the court having jurisdiction over the seat of the Seller Centerfillers.com
12.3 In matters not covered by these Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code, the provisions of the Act on the provision of electronic services and other relevant provisions of Polish law shall apply.

1 Definitions
Newsletter - a free service provided electronically, thanks to which the Service Recipient may receive from the Service Provider electronically previously ordered messages regarding the Store, including information about offers, promotions and new products in the Store.

Recipient - each entity using the Newsletter service.
2 Newsletter
2.1 The Service Recipient may voluntarily use the Newsletter service.
2.2 In order to use the Newsletter service, it is necessary to have a device with the latest version of a web browser that supports JavaScript and cookies, with access to the Internet and an active e-mail account.
2.3 E-mails sent as part of this service will be sent to the e-mail address provided by the Customer at the time of subscribing to the Newsletter.
2.4 The Service Recipient, in order to conclude a contract and subscribe to the Newsletter service, in the first step provides his e-mail address to which he wants to receive messages sent as part of the Newsletter. Then, to the e-mail address provided in the first step, the Service Provider will send the Service Recipient a message verifying the e-mail address, which will include a link to confirm the Service Recipient's will to subscribe to the Newsletter. After 2.5 confirming the Service Recipient's will to subscribe to the Newsletter, a contract for the provision of the service is concluded and the Service Provider will begin to provide it to the Service Recipient.
2.6 The messages sent as part of the Newsletter will contain information about the possibility of unsubscribing from it, as well as a link to unsubscribe.
2.7 The Service Recipient may unsubscribe from the Newsletter, without giving any reason and incurring any costs, at any time, using the option referred to in paragraph 5 or by sending a message to the Service Provider's e-mail address: https://centerfillers.com
2.8 The use by the Customer of the link to unsubscribe from the Newsletter or sending a message with a request to unsubscribe from the Newsletter will result in the immediate termination of the contract for the provision of this service.
3 Complaints
3.1 Complaints about the Newsletter should be reported to the Service Provider at the following e-mail address: kontakt@centerfillers.com
3.2 The Service Provider will respond to the complaint within 14 days of receiving the complaint.
4 Personal data
4.1 The administrator of personal data provided by the Service User when using the Newsletter is the Service Provider.
4.2 The Customer's personal data are processed mainly on the basis of a contract and for its implementation, in accordance with the principles set out in the general regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) on data protection (GDPR). 5 Final Provisions
5.1 The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these regulations only for important reasons. An important reason is the need to change the regulations caused by the modernization of the Newsletter service or a change in the law, affecting the provision of the service by the Service Provider.
5.2 Information about the planned amendment to the regulations will be sent to the Customer's e-mail address provided at the time of subscribing to the Newsletter at least 7 days before the changes are implemented.
5.3 If the Service Recipient does not object to the planned changes until their entry into force, it is assumed that he accepts them.
5.4 In the absence of acceptance for the planned changes, the Service Recipient should send information about it to the Service Provider's e-mail address: kontakt@centerfillers.com, which will result in the termination of the service contract with the entry into force of the planned changes.
