DR. CYJ Hair Filler is a sterile, biocompatible Class III medical device in the form of a viscoelastic gel, based on non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid (0.7%) and a patented complex of seven biomimetic peptides. The preparation is intended for implantation into the dermis for the treatment of tissue damage within the scalp. The mechanism of action is based on sustained-release technology, allowing for constant stimulation of the hair-sebaceous units and regeneration of the extracellular matrix (ECM) microenvironment damaged by chemical, physical, or traumatic factors.
Mechanism of Action
angiogenesis and microcirculation stimulation: the presence of peptides such as decapeptide-28 and octapeptide-2 promotes the formation of new capillaries, improving the trophicity and oxygenation of hair follicles
wnt/beta-catenin pathway activation: the peptide complex (including decapeptide-18 and oligopeptide-71) induces the anagen (growth) phase of the hair by stimulating the bulb stem cells
dht pathway and apoptosis blockade: oligopeptide-54 inhibits the influence of dihydrotestosterone on hair follicles, preventing miniaturization and premature transition into the catagen phase
oxidative stress protection: octapeptide-11 and decapeptide-10 exhibit potent antioxidant activity, protecting scalp cells from degradation induced by uv radiation and pollutants
ecm hydro-stabilization: hyaluronic acid at a concentration of 0.7% ensures optimal hydration of the papillary layer of the dermis, facilitating the transport of active ingredients and the regeneration of subcutaneous tissue
