REVOLAX™ Fine Lidocaine is a sterile, apyrogenic, viscoelastic gel implant based on cross-linked hyaluronic acid of non-animal origin. The device is characterized by high viscoelasticity and a plastic structure, allowing for uniform distribution within the tissue. The manufacturing process ensures high purity of the preparation by minimizing residual cross-linking agent (BDDE), thereby reducing the risk of hypersensitivity reactions. The formula contains lidocaine hydrochloride as an ancillary substance with a local anesthetic effect.
indications and intended use
The device is intended for administration via injection by authorized medical personnel to:
-
correct superficial wrinkles: provide mechanical filling of shallow lines and skin creases
-
model delicate areas: correct the periorbital region, including the filling of "crow's feet" wrinkles
-
correct mimic wrinkles: reduce fine lines in the forehead area, perioral region (smoker's lines), and the neck
-
improve skin microstructure: provide physical replenishment of the extracellular matrix to improve skin tension
mechanism of action
Sodium hyaluronate at a concentration of 24 mg/ml acts as a stable space-occupying implant, providing immediate lifting of soft tissue. The high cohesivity of the gel allows it to maintain the desired injection shape without the risk of uncontrolled migration. The inclusion of lidocaine hydrochloride (0.3%) ensures procedural comfort for the patient. The estimated duration of the mechanical effect is 8 to 12 months, depending on individual tissue characteristics.
