REVOLAX™ Deep Lidocaine is a sterile, apyrogenic, viscoelastic gel implant based on cross-linked hyaluronic acid of non-animal origin. The device is characterized by high density and viscosity, providing stable correction of tissue deficits while maintaining the plasticity necessary for precise modeling. An advanced dialysis process ensures high purity of the preparation by minimizing residual cross-linking agent (BDDE) to undetectable levels, significantly reducing the risk of adverse reactions. The formula contains lidocaine hydrochloride as an ancillary substance with a local anesthetic effect.
indications and intended use
The device is intended for administration via injection by authorized medical personnel to:
-
correct moderate to deep wrinkles: provide mechanical filling of pronounced lines and skin folds
-
model facial contours: provide structural correction of nasolabial folds and define the jawline and nasal shape
-
volume reconstruction (volumetry): model the cheeks, zygomatic area, and chin
-
enhance soft tissue volume: augment and model the vermillion border (lips)
mechanism of action
Sodium hyaluronate at a concentration of 24 mg/ml acts as a durable space-occupying implant, providing immediate physical lifting of the tissues. The high cohesivity of the gel allows for the maintenance of the desired projection without the risk of preparation migration under mechanical pressure. The inclusion of lidocaine hydrochloride (0.3%) ensures procedural comfort. The estimated duration of the mechanical effect is 9 to 12 months.
