REVOLAX™ Sub-Q Lidocaine is a sterile, apyrogenic, viscoelastic gel implant based on highly cross-linked hyaluronic acid of non-animal origin. It is the highest density preparation in the REVOLAX™ line, characterized by significant viscoelasticity (high G') and cohesivity. These properties allow for stable correction of deep tissue deficits and precise modeling of facial structures. The formula contains lidocaine hydrochloride as an ancillary substance with a local anesthetic effect.

The device is intended for administration via injection by authorized medical personnel to:
facial volumetry and contouring: provide mechanical restoration of volume in the cheeks, cheekbones, and jawline
correction of deep tissue defects: fill very deep wrinkles and furrows
modeling of anatomical structures: provide structural correction of the nasal shape and chin projection
tissue reconstruction: replenish volumetric deficits in the deep layers of soft tissue
mechanism of action
Sodium hyaluronate at a concentration of 24 mg/ml acts as a stable space-occupying implant, providing high lifting capacity. Thanks to the advanced cross-linking process, the gel is highly resistant to enzymatic degradation and mechanical forces, resulting in a long-lasting supportive effect. The inclusion of lidocaine hydrochloride (0.3%) minimizes patient discomfort during injection into deep tissue layers. The estimated duration of the mechanical effect is 8–12 months.
