JuveLook is a sterile, biocompatible Class III medical device in the form of a lyophilisate for suspension, consisting of a hybrid of Poly-D,L-Lactic Acid (PDLLA) and non-cross-linked sodium hyaluronate. It is the only polylactic acid preparation with physicochemical parameters that allow for safe application in the delicate periocular area. The device acts as a biomechanical stimulator of the extracellular matrix, providing immediate hydration and long-term restructuring of soft tissues.
mechanism of action
induction of neocollagenesis (pdlla): poly-d,l-lactic acid microparticles (10-40 μm) with a regular, spherical shape activate fibroblasts to synthesize collagen and elastin, leading to physical skin densification and improvement of mechanical parameters
hydrodynamic stabilization (ha): high-molecular-weight non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid (3000 kDa) ensures immediate water retention and a filling effect directly after implantation
biomechanical tissue restructuring: the collagen stimulation process occurs gradually, replacing the volume of the preparation with a newly formed network of structural fibers, which prevents lump formation and eliminates the need for post-treatment massage
optimization of the ecm microenvironment: the combination of ha and pdlla improves skin structure and texture, supporting its regeneration and physiological tension
neutralization of photoaging effects: through the structural restoration of the dermal layers, the device reduces the visibility of fine lines and restores tissue cohesion
