L’Eclat is a sterile Class III medical device in the form of a Poly-L-Lactic Acid (PLLA) lyophilisate, designed for the deep stimulation of soft tissues. The preparation induces the synthesis of endogenous collagen within the dermis, leading to the controlled restoration of volume and the physical correction of facial contour defects. As a long-acting biostimulator, the device supports the structural restructuring of the extracellular matrix (ECM) in areas affected by atrophy and deep wrinkles.

mechanism of action

  • induction of neocollagenesis: poly-l-lactic acid microparticles induce a subclinical tissue response that activates fibroblasts to produce new type I collagen fibers, increasing the natural density of the dermis

  • controlled volume restoration: the collagen generation process occurs gradually and predictably, replacing the physical presence of the preparation with newly formed connective tissue, ensuring a long-lasting volumetric effect

  • ecm matrix restructuring: by stimulating the deposition of structural proteins, the device restores the cohesion and mechanical integrity of tissues in areas of depressions and deep deficits

  • physical correction of contour defects: the preparation mechanically fills tissue deficiencies, reducing the visibility of folds and wrinkles through structural support of lax skin areas

  • long-term biomechanical improvement: the increase in existing collagen volume results in enhanced elasticity and tissue resistance to mechanical deformation

indications and intended use

The device is intended for deep implantation by authorized medical personnel to:

  • correction of facial contour deficits: addressing volume loss in the cheeks, chin, and facial oval

  • treatment of deep wrinkles and folds: mechanical filling of nasolabial folds and marionette lines

  • reduction of structural defects: physical improvement of skin texture in cases of atrophic scars and deep dermal deficiencies

  • gradual restoration of volume: long-term therapy for tissue atrophy caused by aging processes

application areas

  • cheeks

  • nasolabial folds

  • marionette lines

  • chin

  • scars and deep facial wrinkles

composition

  • Poly-L-Lactic Acid (PLLA): 150 mg in lyophilized form
