AesPLLa is a sterile, biocompatible Class III medical device in the form of a lyophilisate for suspension, containing L-Polylactic Acid (PLLA). The preparation is an advanced tissue biostimulator that induces neocollagenesis by triggering a controlled inflammatory response. The device provides gradual, natural correction of volume deficits and structural restructuring of the dermis in patients showing signs of involutional aging.
