STYLAGE® S Bi-Soft Lidocaine is a sterile, apyrogenic, viscoelastic gel implant based on cross-linked hyaluronic acid of non-animal origin. The device utilizes IPN-like technology, which ensures optimal elasticity and seamless tissue integration. The formula is enriched with mannitol, acting as an antioxidant to protect the hyaluronic acid, and lidocaine hydrochloride, intended to reduce patient pain and discomfort during the injection procedure.
The device is intended for administration via injection by authorized medical personnel to:
provide mechanical correction of superficial and mild wrinkles and furrows
smooth fine irregularities and superficial structural deficiencies of the skin
model and improve the definition of the lip contour
provide mechanical filling of volumetric deficits in the infraorbital region (e.g., tear troughs)
Bi-Soft® Injection System The product is packaged in specialized Bi-Soft® syringes. The ergonomic design, featuring a shifted center of gravity and an increased surface area for the grip, allows the physician high control over the plunger pressure. This ensures precise dosing of the preparation in delicate anatomical areas requiring high accuracy.

Cross-linked sodium hyaluronate at a concentration of 16 mg/ml acts as a stable filling implant within the extracellular space. Due to its specific rheology, the preparation is designed for areas with thin skin, minimizing the risk of implant visibility. The inclusion of lidocaine hydrochloride (0.3%) provides a local anesthetic effect. The estimated duration of the effect in the tissue ranges from 9 to 12 months, depending on the anatomical location, injection technique, and the patient's individual physiological characteristics.
