RESTYLANE® Lyft Lidocaine is a sterile, apyrogenic, biodegradable, and viscoelastic gel implant based on stabilized hyaluronic acid of non-animal origin. Manufactured using NASHA™ technology, it is characterized by high cohesivity and the largest particle size within the Restylane product range, providing high mechanical tissue-lifting capacity and resistance to deformation. The preparation contains lidocaine to reduce patient discomfort during injection.
Indications and Intended Use The device is intended for implantation to:
-
Provide mechanical restoration and enhancement of soft tissue volume (e.g., cheek volumetry).
-
Reconstruct facial contours and correct volumetric deficiencies.
-
Correct deep wrinkles and cutaneous folds (e.g., nasolabial folds).
-
Improve morphological facial deficits requiring robust mechanical support.
Treatment Areas
-
Mid-face (cheeks, zygomatic arch).
-
Facial contour (jawline, chin).
-
Deep cutaneous folds.
Technical Parameters and Mechanism of Action Stabilized sodium hyaluronate at a concentration of 20 mg/ml acts as a stable volumetric implant that integrates into the extracellular tissue. Due to its high elastic modulus (G'), the preparation provides stable support for sagging soft tissues. The inclusion of lidocaine hydrochloride (3 mg/ml) provides a local anesthetic effect. The estimated duration of the preparation in the tissue ranges from 6 to 9 months, depending on the anatomical location, injection technique, and the patient's individual metabolic rate.
Injection Depth
-
Deep dermis or superficial layers of the subcutaneous tissue (depending on the treated area).
Composition
-
Stabilized Sodium Hyaluronate: 20 mg/ml.

Lidocaine Hydrochloride: 3 mg/ml (0.3%).
-
Phosphate buffered saline pH 7.
