PRINCESS® Volume Lidocaine is a sterile, biodegradable, viscoelastic, and homogeneous gel implant based on highly cross-linked hyaluronic acid of non-animal origin. Manufactured using S.M.A.R.T. technology (Supreme Monophasic and Reticulated Technology), it is characterized by high cohesivity and volumetric retention capacity. The preparation contains lidocaine hydrochloride to reduce pain and discomfort during the injection process.
Indications and Intended Use The device is intended for injection to:
Provide mechanical restoration and enhancement of soft tissue volume (cheeks, temples).
Reconstruct facial contours and correct the nasal shape.
Fill deep wrinkles and cutaneous folds.
Enhance the volume of the vermillion border (lips) in patients requiring distinct correction.

Technical Parameters and Mechanism of Action Cross-linked sodium hyaluronate at a concentration of 23 mg/ml acts as a stable volumetric implant that provides mechanical support for sagging tissues. The addition of lidocaine hydrochloride (0.3%) improves procedural comfort through its local anesthetic action. The estimated duration of the preparation in the tissue ranges from 6 to 12 months; however, this period is subject to the anatomical location, injection technique, and the patient's individual metabolic rate.
