RRS® HA Long Lasting is a sterile Class III medical device in the form of a viscoelastic gel, representing a hybrid combination of cross-linked sodium hyaluronate and a complex of 15 amino acids (protective buffer). The device is a resorbable dermal implant designed to restore the structural integrity of the extracellular matrix (ECM). By utilizing a cross-linking process for the hyaluronic acid, the preparation combines the features of a physical filler with the function of a biostimulator, providing long-term remodeling and hydrodynamic stabilization of the tissues.

mechanical support of the skin structure: cross-linked hyaluronic acid acts as a space-occupying implant that provides immediate tissue elevation and increases the mechanical tension of the dermis
bioremodeling and matrix protection: the complex of 15 amino acids (including taurine, proline, glycine) creates a protective buffer that limits oxidative stress and provides the substrates necessary for the restructuring of collagen fibers
long-term ecm stabilization: due to the cross-linking process, the device exhibits increased resistance to enzymatic degradation, allowing the scaffolding effect to be maintained for an extended period
optimization of water homeostasis: hyaluronic acid intensively binds water in the deep layers of the skin, resulting in improved tissue turgor and elasticity

The device is intended for administration via deep injection by authorized medical personnel to:
inhibition of dermal atrophy: provide physical correction of skin density loss associated with the aging process
reduction of wrinkle depth: provide mechanical smoothing of lines and furrows by filling the interstitial space
improvement of elasticity and tension: provide biomechanical reinforcement of the facial supportive structures
protection against photoaging effects: provide mechanical support for the skin barrier in areas exposed to uv radiation
deep hydration of tissues: restore turgor in dehydrated layers of the dermis
