HP CELL Vitaran i is a sterile, non-pyrogenic Class III medical device in the form of a viscoelastic gel based on polynucleotides (PN) at a concentration of 20 mg/ml. The preparation is a tissue biostimulator designed for the deep biorestructuring and regeneration of the extracellular matrix (ECM). Due to the high biocompatibility of the naturally derived polynucleotides with the human body, the device serves as a safe tool for the mechanical repair therapy of the dermis.

structural biostimulation (lifting): polynucleotides activate the CD44 receptors of fibroblasts, inducing their proliferation and increasing the synthesis of type I collagen and elastin, which leads to the mechanical densification and lifting of skin structures
iso-osmotic hydration: the hydroxyl groups of the polynucleotides exhibit the ability to intensively bind water molecules, ensuring long-term hydration of the intercellular matrix and improvement of tissue turgor
