BioRePeel Cl3® Body is a patented, biphasic Class II medical device with enhanced keratolytic and biostimulating properties, dedicated to the therapy of thick body skin layers. Due to the high concentration of trichloroacetic acid (50%) stabilized by a lipophilic phase, the preparation induces deep tissue remodeling without the risk of excessive surface irritation. The device optimizes cellular metabolism, reduces hyperkeratosis, and stimulates neocollagenesis, restoring structural cohesion and elasticity to the skin.
Mechanism of Action
-
intensive chemoexfoliation (tca 50%): the high concentration of trichloroacetic acid ensures effective elimination of corneocytes in areas with physiologically increased epidermal thickness (elbows, knees, feet), while simultaneously stimulating the basal layer for regeneration
-
lipophilic stabilization (blue phase): squalane and isopropyl myristate limit the aggressiveness of the acids upon application, preventing excessive oxidation of active substances and reducing tewl (transepidermal water loss) during the procedure
-
biostimulation and protein synthesis: the amino acid complex (glycine, proline, hydroxyproline, arginine) provides essential precursors for building collagen fibers in the ecm, which is critical for the reduction of stretch marks and scars
-
keratinization regulation (acid complex): lactobionic, salicylic, tartaric, and citric acids work synergistically to clear hair follicle openings and reduce keratosis pilaris
-
neuro-tissue modulation (gaba and vitamins): gamma-aminobutyric acid supports tissue relaxation and repair processes, while vitamins c and b2 provide antioxidant activity, protecting newly formed cells from metabolic stress
Indications and Intended Use
The device is intended for superficial implantation by authorized medical personnel to:
-
reduction of hyperkeratosis and calluses: therapy for rough skin on elbows, knees, and feet
-
treatment of keratosis pilaris: smoothing the skin texture on the arms and thighs
-
reduction of structural defects: diminishing the visibility of stretch marks and scars on the body
-
biorevitalization of hands and buttocks: restoring tension, density, and skin elasticity
-
body dyschromia therapy: evening out the tone of skin affected by photoaging
Application Areas
-
hands and feet
-
elbows and knees
-
buttocks
-
areas affected by stretch marks and scars
