BioRePeel Cl3® FND is a patented, biphasic Class II medical device with biostimulating, revitalizing, and peeling properties. Thanks to its unique combination of acids, amino acids, and vitamins, the preparation stimulates regenerative processes in the deep layers of the skin without compromising its protective barrier. The lipophilic stabilization protects the active substances from oxidation, allowing for safe and effective chemoexfoliation with a low degree of invasiveness.
Mechanism of Action
hydrophilic phase (yellow) – ph 0.5: contains trichloroacetic acid (35%), lactobionic acid, salicylic acid, tartaric acid, and citric acid, which induce controlled keratolysis, accelerate cellular turnover, and stimulate fibroblasts for neocollagenesis
lipophilic phase (blue): squalane and isopropyl myristate create a protective barrier that reduces transepidermal water loss (tewl), facilitates the penetration of the hydrophilic phase, and protects active substances from degradation
biostimulation and protein synthesis: glycine, proline, hydroxyproline, and arginine provide the substrates for building collagen fibers, increasing the density and tension of the dermis
tension modulation and regeneration (gaba and vitamins): gamma-aminobutyric acid acts as a relaxant for superficial micro-muscles, aiding in the reduction of expression lines, while vitamins c and b2 provide antioxidant activity
synergy with microneedling: the preparation can be used in combined procedures (microneedling), which intensifies the transport of active substances to the extracellular matrix (ecm)

Technical Information and Protocol
form: biphasic solution in a vial (6 ml) – shake before use
application site: epidermis and dermis
application protocol: after degreasing the skin, apply the preparation, massage, and leave for 3–5 minutes, then rinse with clean water
combined procedure: when using a pen/roller, it is recommended to apply half the dose before needling and massage the remaining part in after the treatment
treatment cycle: 4–6 sessions every 7–12 days depending on clinical indications
safety: the device does not exclude the patient from daily activities; there is no strong exfoliating effect (frosting) when procedures are followed
