RRS® HA Cellutrix is a sterile Class III medical device designed for the injectable therapy of subcutaneous tissue and the dermis in areas affected by lipodystrophy (cellulite) and localized fat accumulation. The preparation combines low-concentration non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid with an extensive biorevitalizing complex that activates lipolytic processes and improves microcirculation. The device acts as a structural modulator of the extracellular matrix, reducing tissue irregularities and improving the biomechanical parameters of the skin.
Mechanism of Action
lipolysis and metabolism stimulation (caffeine and fucoxanthin): the included lipolytic ingredients activate beta-adrenergic receptors in adipocytes, initiating the breakdown of triglycerides into free fatty acids and glycerol, leading to a mechanical reduction of subcutaneous fat volume
transport and drainage optimization (ahas): glycolic and lactic acids (ahas) act as diffusion promoters for active substances and stimulate the removal of metabolic waste from the intercellular spaces, reducing edema associated with cellulite
structural ecm reorganization (ha): non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid provides an optimal hydrodynamic environment for fibroblasts, restoring proper skin turgor and neutralizing the "orange peel" effect
antioxidant protection and vascular reinforcement (flavonoids, polyphenols, vitamins): a rich complex of protective ingredients seals capillaries and neutralizes free radicals, which improves tissue trophicity and prevents fibrosis within the connective tissue
saponin-terpene revitalization: stimulates lymphatic and venous circulation, which is critical in the treatment of aqueous and fibrous cellulite
