Belotero Balance with Lidocaine is a sterile, monophasic, viscoelastic hydrogel implant based on cross-linked sodium hyaluronate of non-animal origin. Manufactured using the patented CPM (Cohesive Polydensified Matrix) technology, it features variable cross-linking density, providing an optimal balance between cohesivity, elasticity, and plasticity. The device contains lidocaine hydrochloride (0.3%) as an ancillary substance with a local anesthetic effect, improving patient tolerance during injection procedures into the middle layers of the dermis.

The device is intended for administration via injection by authorized medical personnel to:

correction of moderate structural defects: provide mechanical filling of moderate wrinkles and nasolabial folds of medium severity

mechanism of action
Sodium hyaluronate at a concentration of 22.5 mg/ml serves as a resorbable space-occupying implant. Thanks to the CPM technology, the gel exhibits the ability to integrate smoothly with the tissue, which prevents product displacement (migration) and eliminates the risk of visible irregularities. The high cohesivity of the preparation allows for precise adaptation to tissue morphology. The safety of the device is confirmed by CE certification and FDA approvals for the Belotero product line. The estimated duration of the mechanical effect is between 6 and 9 months.
