STYLAGE® XXL Bi-Soft is a sterile, apyrogenic, high-density viscoelastic gel implant based on cross-linked hyaluronic acid of non-animal origin. The device utilizes IPN-like technology, which provides it with the highest degree of cohesivity and mechanical lifting capacity within the Stylage® range. The formula contains mannitol, which acts as an antioxidant ancillary substance, stabilizing the implant and protecting it against oxidative degradation immediately following injection.

The device is intended for injection by authorized medical personnel to:
provide mechanical replenishment of significant soft tissue volumetric deficits
fill deep facial hollows (e.g., temples, cheeks)

Bi-Soft® Injection System The product is packaged in specialized Bi-Soft® syringes. The ergonomic design, featuring a shifted center of gravity and an enlarged grip surface, allows the physician full control over the high injection force required for administering a gel of such high viscosity and cohesivity. This enables precise dosing of the preparation into deep tissue layers with minimal physical effort from the operator.

Cross-linked sodium hyaluronate at a concentration of 21 mg/ml (with an increased number of cross-links) acts as a stable implant with a very high elastic modulus (G' prime). The mechanism of action involves the physical filling of space and providing durable mechanical support for soft tissues. The estimated duration of the preparation ranges from 9 to 12 months, depending on the anatomical location, injection technique, and the initial degree of tissue deficit.
