Mitelier is a sterile, biocompatible, and fully biodegradable implant in the form of a powder for suspension, based on L-poly-lactic acid (PLLA). As a synthetic tissue stimulator, the device induces a controlled inflammatory response in the subcutaneous tissue, leading to the physical reconstruction of the collagen structure within the extracellular matrix. The preparation allows for the mechanical restoration of lost volume and the improvement of the skin's biomechanical parameters by increasing its structural density.

  • mechanical stimulation of fibroblasts: PLLA microparticles act as a physical scaffold that induces the neocollagenesis process, leading to long-term strengthening of the soft tissue foundation

  • dual-phase volumetry: the initial volumetric effect results from the presence of the carrier (carboxymethylcellulose), while the final result is the effect of gradual endogenous collagen synthesis around the polymer particles

  • osmotic stabilization: the addition of mannitol serves as an ancillary substance, limiting the risk of free radical formation during injection and stabilizing the suspension

The device is intended for administration via deep injection by authorized medical personnel to:

  • reconstruction of volumetric deficits: replenish significant subcutaneous tissue deficits resulting from lipoatrophy or involutional processes

  • modeling of body contours: provide mechanical enhancement and repositioning of tissues within the cheeks, buttocks, and breasts
