Nucleofill Strong Plus is a sterile, biocompatible Class III medical device in the form of a viscoelastic gel with a high concentration of polynucleotides (25 mg/ml) and an increased volume (2 ml). The preparation is an advanced tissue restructurizer designed for the deep biostimulation of the dermis. It operates through a triple mechanism: receptor-based activation of fibroblasts (biomechanical lifting), intensive neutralization of free radicals, and iso-osmotic hydration of the extracellular matrix (ECM).

receptor biostimulation and neocollagenesis: polynucleotides activate a2 receptors on the surface of fibroblasts, inducing the biosynthesis of type i collagen and elastin, leading to the physiological densification of skin structures and improved tissue tension
high antioxidant protection: due to its structure based on aromatic rings, the device effectively binds free radicals, protecting extracellular matrix macromolecules from degradation caused by oxidative stress and environmental factors
iso-osmotic water retention: active polynucleotides exhibit the ability to durably bind water molecules, ensuring stable interstitial hydration, improved turgor, and smoothing of the skin texture
biomechanical tissue reconstruction: the high viscosity of the gel (48–65 pa*s) allows for controlled implantation and mechanical support of sagging skin structures, resulting in the physical smoothing of wrinkles
