Karisma is a sterile, non-pyrogenic Class III medical device in the form of a viscoelastic gel, combining the properties of sodium hyaluronate, carboxymethylcellulose, and recombinant Type I collagen polypeptide chain (Rh-collagen). The product is a soft tissue biostimulator that mechanically restores the structural integrity of the dermis and induces repair processes in the extracellular matrix (ECM) without the risk of immunogenic reactions.

  • neocollagenesis stimulation: Rh-collagen (derived from silkworms) serves as a biomimetic precursor that induces the synthesis of endogenous procollagen, leading to the physical densification of the dermal structure

  • hydrodynamic stabilization: high-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid acts as a space-occupying implant, providing immediate hydration and mechanical improvement of tissue tension

  • ECM matrix protection: carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) exhibits an inhibitory effect on endogenous hyaluronidase, extending the durability of the physical scaffold created by the hyaluronic acid

  • reconstruction of deficits: the device provides mechanical filling of minor acne, post-traumatic, and post-operative scars by stimulating the reconstruction of the tissue foundation

The device is intended for administration via intradermal injection by authorized medical personnel to:

  • soft tissue volumetry: provide mechanical correction of minor volume deficits while maintaining natural facial biomechanics
