Saypha Rich is a sterile, viscoelastic Class III medical device based on high-molecular-weight non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid, stabilized with a high concentration of glycerol. The preparation is intended for intradermal implantation to replenish hyaluronic acid deficits resulting from physiological aging and photoaging. Due to its unique combination of ingredients, the device provides intensive hydrodynamic reintegration of the extracellular matrix (ecm), improving skin elasticity, turgor, and micro-relief parameters.
Mechanism of Action
iso-osmotic reintegration (ha 18 mg/ml): non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid binds water molecules in the dermis, restoring physiological volume and tension to tissues affected by atrophy
thermal-enzymatic stabilization (glycerol 20 mg/ml): the high concentration of glycerol creates a protective (solvation) barrier around the hyaluronic acid molecules, which slows down its enzymatic (hyaluronidase) and mechanical degradation, extending the product's residence time in the tissue
epidermal barrier reinforcement: glycerol penetrates the stratum corneum, limiting transepidermal water loss (tewl) and strengthening the natural hydrolipid mantle
oxidative stress protection: the synergy of the ingredients exhibits antioxidant properties, protecting the ecm from the destructive effects of free radicals induced by factors such as tobacco smoke and uv radiation
dehydration wrinkle smoothing: by replenishing intercellular volume, the preparation mechanically pushes out fine wrinkles in the periorbital and perioral areas
