DIVES MED Ultra Universal Lidocaine is a sterile, monophasic, viscoelastic hydrogel implant based on cross-linked hyaluronic acid of non-animal origin. Utilizing Hy-BRID technology and medium-sized particles (400 μm), the device is characterized by balanced plasticity and a high capacity for integration with skin tissue. Safe Core technology ensures the structural stability of the hyaluronic acid chains, facilitating precise application. The preparation contains lidocaine hydrochloride as an ancillary substance with a local anesthetic effect, improving tolerance of the injection procedure.

The device is intended for administration via injection by authorized medical personnel to:
correct wrinkles and folds: provide mechanical filling of moderate to deep skin creases, including nasolabial folds and marionette lines
lip modeling and contouring: restore vermillion border volume and improve lip contour definition
correct the perioral area: reduce vertical lines above the upper lip (so-called "smoker's lines") and provide mechanical lifting of the corners of the mouth
restore tissue continuity: provide physical replenishment of tissue deficits within the middle layers of the dermis
mechanism of action
Sodium hyaluronate at a concentration of 24 mg/ml serves as a space-occupying implant, providing immediate mechanical support for skin structures. A multi-stage purification process ensures a minimal concentration of residual cross-linking agent (BDDE), limiting the risk of immunogenic reactions and edema. The safety of the device is confirmed by ISO 13485 and CE2195 certifications. The estimated duration of the mechanical effect is between 6 and 9 months.
