Hyamira Basic is a sterile, non-pyrogenic Class III medical device in the form of a viscoelastic gel based on cross-linked hyaluronic acid of non-animal origin. The product has a three-phase molecular structure with a weight of 2400 to 4000 kDa, which ensures optimal integration with skin tissue and stability after implantation.

The product is intended for injection into the middle layer of the dermis for the purpose of:
- correcting medium-depth wrinkles and furrows (e.g. nasolabial folds, marionette lines)
- correcting the contour and volume of the lip red
- filling tissue defects
- improving the elasticity and tension of the facial skin

- middle and lower part of the face

mechanism of action
The cross-linked hyaluronic acid contained in the preparation at a concentration of 20 mg/ml works by mechanically filling the intercellular space, which leads to the reduction of wrinkles and restoration of tissue volume. The high molecular weight supports hydration of the treated area. The effect usually lasts from 8 to 12 months, depending on the individual characteristics of the patient's body and the technique of administration.
