TEOSYAL® PureSense Global Action is a sterile, apyrogenic, viscoelastic gel implant based on cross-linked hyaluronic acid of non-animal origin. The device is designed for the correction of moderate structural skin defects, offering an optimal balance between plasticity and filling capacity. The formula includes lidocaine hydrochloride, which acts as an ancillary substance intended to reduce pain during the injection procedure.
indications and intended use
The device is intended for intradermal injection by authorized medical personnel to:

correct wrinkles and furrows: provide mechanical filling of moderate skin depressions, including mild to moderate nasolabial folds

mechanism of action
Cross-linked sodium hyaluronate at a concentration of 25 mg/ml acts as a stable space-occupying implant within the dermis. The mechanism of action involves the physical lifting of depressed tissue, leading to the immediate smoothing of wrinkles. Due to its unique cross-linking process, the gel integrates with the tissue while maintaining its natural structure. The inclusion of lidocaine hydrochloride (0.3%) provides a local anesthetic effect, enhancing patient comfort during the procedure.
