STYLAGE® L Bi-Soft is a sterile, apyrogenic, viscoelastic gel implant based on cross-linked hyaluronic acid of non-animal origin. The device utilizes IPN-like technology, which—through the interpenetration of polymer networks—ensures high density and resistance to mechanical pressure. The formula contains mannitol (an antioxidant), which acts as an ancillary substance to stabilize the hyaluronic acid against oxidative degradation caused by free radicals during injection.

mechanism of action
Cross-linked sodium hyaluronate at a concentration of 24 mg/ml acts as a stable implant with high lifting capacity. The mechanism of action involves the physical filling of the extracellular space and mechanical lifting of the depressed dermal layers. The estimated duration of the preparation in the tissue is up to 12 months, depending on the anatomical location, injection technique, and the patient's individual physiological characteristics.
