Saypha Filler is a sterile, biodegradable, viscoelastic, isotonic, and homogenized hydrogel implant based on highly cross-linked hyaluronic acid of non-animal origin. The preparation is characterized by high structural homogeneity, which ensures controlled injection and stable integration within soft tissues. The device is apyrogenic and fully biocompatible.
indications and intended use
The device is intended for administration via injection by authorized medical personnel to:
-
correct soft tissue deficits: provide mechanical filling of fine to moderate wrinkles and minor facial folds
-
lip modeling and volumetry: provide physical enhancement of the vermillion border volume, definition of the Cupid's bow, and mechanical lifting of the corners of the mouth
-
volumetric lifting: replenish skin volume deficits to improve its mechanical structure
-
correct scar defects: smooth the skin surface by filling atrophic scars, including post-acne scars
mechanism of action
Sodium hyaluronate at a concentration of 23 mg/ml serves as a space-occupying implant. Due to the high degree of cross-linking, the gel creates a stable intramatrix scaffold that mechanically lifts skin layers or models lip tissue. The biodegradation process occurs via gradual isovolemic resorption. The estimated duration of the mechanical effect is between 6 and 12 months, depending on the injection site and the individual tissue characteristics of the patient.
