Saypha Volume Plus Lidocaine is a sterile, biodegradable, viscoelastic hydrogel implant with a high elastic modulus, based on highly cross-linked hyaluronic acid of non-animal origin. Utilizing the patented S.M.A.R.T. (Superior Monophasic and Reticulated Technology), the preparation is characterized by increased density and optimal cohesivity, allowing for the stable reconstruction of significant volumetric deficits. The device contains lidocaine hydrochloride as an ancillary substance with a local anesthetic effect, improving patient comfort during deep injections.

 

indications and intended use

The device is intended for administration via injection by authorized medical personnel to:

  • deep volumetry and facial modeling: provide mechanical restoration of volume in the cheek and zygomatic areas and modeling of the facial oval

  • soft tissue reconstruction: provide physical correction of deep nasolabial folds and significant skin depressions

  • modeling of anatomical structures: provide structural correction of the nasal shape and volumetric lifting in areas affected by advanced atrophy

  • correction of deep deficits: replenish tissue deficits resulting from the aging process, trauma, or lipoatrophy

mechanism of action

Sodium hyaluronate at an increased concentration of 25 mg/ml serves as a high-elasticity space-occupying implant. Due to advanced cross-linking, the gel creates a durable mechanical scaffold that is resistant to compression forces and provides long-lasting tissue lifting. The product undergoes a double sterilization process, ensuring the highest profile of microbiological purity. The estimated duration of the mechanical effect is between 6 and 12 months, depending on the injection site and the individual tissue characteristics of the patient.
